Full-time team members are paid for 9 observed holidays after 90 days, plus 5 working Professional Development days each year.

6 weeks

Paid parental leave

50% of your average bi-weekly pay for the birth or adoption of a child (6 months or younger). Stack PTO to supplement.

Bereavement leave

Up to three paid days for immediate family, including spouse, parents, children, and domestic partner. One day for extended family.

FMLA

Job-protected leave

Eligible team members (1+ year, 1,250+ hours) can take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave for qualifying reasons.

Lactation support

Lactation & breastfeeding policy

Reasonable break time and a private, designated space for expressing breast milk for up to one year after childbirth. Breaks of 20 minutes or less are paid.

Workers' compensation covers care, first aid, and emergency services for work-related injuries or illness. Unemployment compensation may be available to former team members where no policy violations occurred.
