Terms of Use

Effective May 18, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.allaroundchildren.com (the “Site”), operated by All Around Children, LLC (“AAC,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes — to share information about our childcare programs, schedule tours, and receive inquiries from prospective families and partners. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it.

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest content or submit form data without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or any connected networks.
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or any content that could harm the Site or its users.

2. Not Childcare Services

The Site is informational. Use of the Site does not enroll you or your child in any AAC program and does not create a contract for childcare services. Enrollment is completed separately through a signed enrollment agreement with the specific center your family will attend.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, and software — is owned by or licensed to All Around Children, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent. “All Around Children” and our logos are trademarks of All Around Children, LLC.

4. Submissions and Inquiries

When you submit information through a contact form, tour request, chat assistant, or other Site feature, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it (including information about a child for whom you are the parent or legal guardian). Your submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, our enrollment management partner, social media platforms, or county subsidy programs). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

Information about programs, tuition, schedules, and availability is provided as a general reference and may change. Always confirm details directly with the applicable AAC center before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will All Around Children, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All Around Children, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
